Come join your local instructors for a 45 minute KICK BUTT workout. This class will be physically challenging, uplifting and a ton of FUN!
You won't be expected to complete more than you are capable of doing safely so please work at your own fitness ability.
Ages 13 to ADULTS are welcome to participate.
